Lorenzo specializes in intellectual property and antitrust. His main focus is IP litigation concerning patents and unfair competition. Lorenzo joined Trevisan & Cuonzo in January 2013.

His professional experience includes:

  • Advising a number of multinational pharmaceutical companies in complex multi-jurisdictional litigation concerning patent rights over breakthrough medicinal products
  • Advising leading pharmaceutical companies in all aspects of patent law and the related regulatory aspects
  • Advising several of the most important consumer electronics companies in standard essential patent (SEP) cases
  • Acting in multiple patent infringement cases regarding electronics, mechanical, and chemical patents
  • Advising one of the most important manufacturers in the luxury automotive sector in product liability cases
  • Drafting and advising on IP-related contracts for a leading international fashion house
  • Assisting a number of multinational companies in different sectors in enforcing their IP rights through Customs monitoring programs pursuant to EU Regulation 608/2013
  • Advising athletes and sports management companies in disputes against major football clubs
